Hi… my name is Push,

After my person died, her caregiver watched over me, helping to ease that big change in my life. She describes me as “a great dog!” but she couldn’t keep me forever, so I said another goodbye and came here. The caregiver said I got along with her other dog and my good qualities include being “loving, athletic, and cute.” I have a curlicue tail, big eyes and a handsome face, but maybe “cute” refers mainly to my lively personality. I hope so, and you can tell me for sure. I’m a 3-year-old Min-Pin mix male, tan, and 25 pounds. Volunteers say I’m already pretty good on a leash, should do well with additional training, and love being with my person. I say the future holds lots of happy times; how about we spend them together!

TOMMY is a 15-pound neutered male Chihuahua/Min Pin mix that needs a new home as owners are moving out of the country. He is in good health, shots are up to date and medical records are available. He is housebroken (asks to go out and is familiar with doggie door) and crate trained. He is leash trained and at least one daily walk is important for him. Tommy warms up quickly to new people and loves to cuddle once he gets to know you. There is no adoption fee for this nice dog. My siblings and I are at TALGV because we were in a place where there were too many dogs, so we’re loving everyone who makes us feel welcome here. Now we’re having a world of fun playing puppy games, receiving lots of puppy love, and doing goofy puppy things like falling all over ourselves. Some people even want to take one of us home, which is the most exciting thing ever in our little lives! I’m one of the boys, white with brown circles, arriving at 12.6 pounds and growing! Of course, I’ve lots to learn, so I need a home where there’s an abundance of time, patience, and love. In return, I’ll look up to you, try to make you laugh every day, and love you forever. Am I the one for you?

Snickers

Hi… my name is Snickers.

Well, it’s unanimous — everyone agrees that I’ve been eating too many candy bars! Or maybe not getting enough exercise, but in any case I guess I could stand to lose a few pounds! When asked what my “good qualities” were, my people said, “Loves to play and cuddle, snuggle on the couch, and watch college football.” Maybe that explains it — I’m the quintessential couch potato! Since my family moved to “no pets” apartment, I need to find another place where I can do much of the same thing, hopefully with a little more walking thrown in! I’m a delightful, gentle young MinPin girl, who gets along with everyone. I’m beautifully leash and house trained and have a super personality, so I consider myself the “complete package.” I hope you will, too!
