Hi… my name is Peaches,

Did someone say “home?” That word is music to my magnificent ears! I’m one of Kiki’s EAR-resistible daughters. My mom, sister, and I came to TALGV after our owner lost his home and made the loving decision to give us a chance at brighter futures. I’m a cheerful, confident young pup who enjoys meeting both two- and four-legged friends. I inherited Mom’s fabulous ears—and enough independence to use them as radar for my next adventure! My ears aren’t oversized; they’re simply built for superior reception, especially when a treat bag opens. While waiting for my forever family, I’m practicing leash walking and learning commands, EARning yummy rewards along the way. My ears are tuned, my heart is ready, and I’m listening for someone to say, “Peaches, you’re home!” Pick me, and life WILL be sweeter!

If you are considering adoption, please call TALGV office (520-625-3170) and make a date to meet me soon. Kennel appointments are between 10 and 2 every day.

Hi… my name is Cream,

Hear me out: don’t overlook the shy girls! I inherited my mom’s magnificent ears, but the confidence I ordered must have missed the delivery truck. My ears arrived fully grown; my confidence is still catching up. Fortunately, a friendly canine companion keeps my bravery supply stocked—and I’ll need one in my new home. I’m learning that the world can be fun, especially on walks where I investigate sights and sounds. I’m also practicing polite behavior and commands. Treats are my preferred form of continuing education, and as you can tell, I’m an excellent listener! I may need patience while I settle in, but I’m a fast learner with a gentle spirit. Give me time, kindness, and a reassuring canine friend, and I’ll show you the only thing bigger than my ears is my heart.

if you are considering adoption, please call TALGV office (520-625-3170) and make a date to meet me soon. Kennel appointments are between 10 and 2 every day.

Hi… my name is Kiki,

Welcome to “Guess My Breed!”—the game where clues are plentiful, but the answer remains a mystery! I’m your hostess, Kiki. My former owner described me as a Boxer/pocket pittie mix. Maybe there’s another breed or two hiding in those tall ears, athletic build, expressive face, and, yes… ears so powerful, they can hear your thoughts. Whatever I am, the result is pure happiness! I came to TALGV with my two daughters after our owner made the heartbreaking, selfless decision to give us the chance for safe, loving homes. Now I’m ready to win the grand prize: a forever family of my own. I’m a joyful, medium-sized girl who enjoys walks, loves spending time with people, and appears to like other dogs. Come meet me, and see whether we’re a winning match!

Hi… my name is Gloria,

Adopted by foster 7-11-26

I’m a black, brown, and white masterpiece with a fun personality. I’m friendly in that “I’ll be your bestie in five seconds” kind of way, and I fully believe every human I meet was put on this earth to pet me. Behind the ears? Perfect. Belly? Even better. Full-body admiration session? Ideal. I’m also wonderfully curious, which means I like to explore, sniff, and investigate life’s little mysteries. I’ve got a playful spirit, a warm heart, and a spunk that keeps things interesting. I’m the kind of girl who will happily follow you from room to room just to keep you company. All I need now is a home where I can love, learn, and lean into you for pets whenever the mood strikes… which is often!

Hi… my name is Zippy,

Adopted 7-28-26

COMES WITH VET CARE SUPPORT FOR LIFE

I may be senior, but I’m still Zippy—fun-sized, handsome, and full of charm! At just 13 pounds, I won’t take up much room, except in your heart. I’ve been thriving in my foster home, where everyone says I’m an absolute joy AND I’m friendly with other dogs! When my owner entered hospice, I came to TALGV hoping for a loving new beginning. I’ve had several meet-and-greets, but somehow my perfect person hasn’t found me yet. Here’s an amazing bonus: I come with Vet Care Support for Life, which helps cover qualifying major tests and procedures. My adopted family provides routine care, including vaccinations and wellness visits. I’ve already had dental work, and I’m fully vaccinated, neutered, and ready to go! Please contact TALGV to meet me. I might be the little guy you’ve been waiting for!

Hi… my name is Squirt,

Adopted 6-18-26

Great things come in small packages—and while I won’t stay small forever, I’ll always be packed full of personality.  Challenges don’t intimidate me: whether it’s a baby gate, exercise pen, or any other obstacle standing between me and my people, I’m determined to find a way to say hello. I love playtime, toys, puzzles, and adventures with my siblings. I’ve also been busy learning important puppy skills like wearing a collar, walking on a leash, and practicing commands such as “sit.” I’d love a home with another dog to help teach me the finer points of canine life. And just so we’re clear: puppies don’t come with a self-training mode! With guidance, consistency, and love, I’ll grow into a happy, well-mannered companion who’s worth every bit of the effort.

Hi… my name is Sunkist,

Adopted 6-20-26

Life is about discovery and I’m here for it! Whether I’m racing around with my siblings, playing with toys, or exploring the great outdoors, I approach every day with enthusiasm and curiosity. But I’m not always on the go—I also enjoy slowing down to take in the sights, sounds, and smells around me. I’ve been working on important Puppy 101 skills like wearing a collar, walking on a leash, and learning polite manners. I’m making great progress, but let’s be honest: puppies don’t come with an auto-training feature! With patience, consistency, and plenty of encouragement, I’ll grow into the wonderful companion I’m meant to be. I’d love a home with another friendly dog to play with and learn from. If you’re ready for puppy adventures and lifelong loyalty, I think we’ll make a great team.

Hi… my name is Fanta,

Adopted with Jack 6-21-26

I know how to make an impression—but it’s my personality that really shines. I’m an energetic, athletic puppy who loves to run, play, and make the most of every adventure. Whether I’m chasing my siblings around the yard or discovering something new, I approach life with enthusiasm and joy. I’ve been learning important puppy skills, including potty training, leash walking, and proper puppy manners. While I’m definitely the athlete of the family, I also have a sweet, easy-going side and enjoy settling down for some quality cuddle time after a busy day. I’d love a home with another dog to play with and learn from as I grow. And remember: puppies don’t train themselves! With patience, consistency, and a little humor, I’ll blossom into a loyal, well-mannered companion who’s worth every minute of the effort.

Hi… my name is Barqs,

Adopted 6-23-26

While my sisters are busy campaigning for attention, I’m usually content to sit back, observe, and wait my turn. But don’t let my calm demeanor fool you—I’m always ready for a game, an adventure, or a good puppy romp! I’ve spent the last several weeks in a foster home learning important puppy skills. I’m especially proud of my potty-training progress (some might even call me the overachiever of the group). I’ve also been getting comfortable with leashes, collars, and all the other things puppies need to learn. I’m hoping to find a home with another friendly dog to help show me the ropes. And remember: puppies don’t come pre-programmed! Training, consistency, and patience help us grow into happy, well-mannered dogs. The good news? We’re excellent students when treats are involved.
