Hi… my name is Ollie (aka Olivia),

I found myself stranded at TALGV early one morning with a note from my previous owners, stating the common refrain: “We can no longer care for her. Please find her a good home.” No other information was shared and the volunteers allowed me time to reveal who I am – besides being an adorable, somewhat petite pup. I’m a shy girl who will warm up to you if I’m given the time to do so. Once I feel safe with you, we’ll be BFFs! I’ve made friends with some other dogs – including my roommate, Ringo. We have lots of fun playing together, and he’s helped me with my confidence. TALGV has been wonderful to me, and I just KNOW they’ll help me find my perfect forever family. Maybe with you?

Once upon a time there were two little dogs in an unpleasant situation. A kind woman took them home and taught them how to trust people, given time, and have a happy life. Those two dogs were Angel and me. Sadly, our mom died recently, but thanks to what she taught us, we’re ready to be happy again. It will take time, of course. We’re both still very shy, not comfortable around cats or other dogs. But we’re good together. We can even walk on a double leash. And we need someone to love. Angel and I are 11-year-old Terrier mix females who come with Vet Care Support for Life. Our two little hearts are hoping to find a safe, happy forever home. In this big wide world, two little dogs at TALGV are very grateful to be together: Daisy Mae and me. We’re Terrier mix females, each 11 years old and so we come with Vet Care Support for Life. But I have a confession: Daisy Mae and I are very shy. We need time to trust new friends. And we’re a “bonded pair,” meaning we will be adopted together so we can support each other. We even walk together on a double leash! Although we’re not comfortable with cats or other dogs, we’ve learned that people can be kind. Our mom was a very caring person who helped build our confidence and, thanks to her, we know how to share our little hearts in a safe, happy home. Could that wonderful home be with you?
