I arrived at TALGV right after being found in the same area as my puppies. I was very shy but am now coming out of my shell. I’m done being a mom; now I have fun doggy friends and a bright future as a single lady. I am very sweet, which everyone can tell by the full-body wiggle I give when I see one of my friends. I prefer quiet walks and naps at home to loud areas—even though I walk well on the leash, cars scare me a bit. I may be a little quiet at first, but once I get to know you, you can expect plenty of love and loyalty from me. If you have a warm doggy bed and an open heart, I’d love to be your new best friend.

My second home was with a senior lady whose health issues caused me to return to The Animal League. I’m resilient! Friendly and playful, I enjoy human companionship. True to my breed, I’m friendly and affectionate but not overly demonstrative. I welcome the company of humans, other cats and dogs. I lived with a senior lady and her Standard Poodle. I liked to be petted but not held. I’m not necessarily a lap cat. I enjoyed lying around in chairs but also became overly energetic at times. That proved unsafe for my human who used a walker and could no longer care for me. I speak up when it’s mealtime. My breed is very adaptable to family life, being loyal and loving when it’s our decision. Are you willing to meet me? We just might become best friends, and I could go home with you!
