They found me roaming around a cemetery and felt I could use a better home—I agree! I’m not sure how I got there, but I like my current place much better. I am enjoying the regular meals and safe place to sleep. The volunteers can pick me up and hold me a little, and I really like the chin scratches. My short coat is a mixture of greys and I have a creamy bib. At my young age I probably would like an active home, where I can run off my energy and play to my heart’s content. If you know about Garfield the cat, you know about Nermal! Garfield was jealous of Nermal because he was such a cute kitten—and I’m awfully cute too. Allergies meant the end of my last home. Mom says I’m a friendly girl who likes head rubs. The volunteers here know that I love laps and will talk and purr and knead with my paws when I’m enjoying their attention. I’m not too sure about other cats, but I did have a feline roommate before. Maybe I just like being the “top cat.” Please come say hello and let’s see if I can claim my top spot at your home!
