When my human passed away, the caregiver kindly took me in. However, her other cat bullied me so here I am looking for a new home! My last mom said I like a quiet environment and scare easily (isn’t that like most cats?). I slept on her bed and liked to play with a lacy stick toy. Here at The Animal League I’m getting acclimated. Although somewhat shy, I do come out for attention and you can pick me up and hold me. I’ll snuggle in your lap. I’m a beautiful torti with large round eyes and an empty place in my heart to fill up. Could that be with you?

I was found in Tucson on a desert trail—thankfully someone took me in. Somehow they thought I was an older girl at first but now we all know the truth and I have a great boy name. I can’t imagine how I ended up outside! I’m very sweet and friendly and you can pick me up. I’m young and like to play but I also like laps when play time is over. I have short hair with dark stripes and I’m alert to everything going on around me. I’m hoping for a home where I can be safe, inside, and be a fun companion. Could that be with you?

My owner relinquished me so that I could find a home where I could get more attention. Not that I’m needy or anything! I was adopted from here as a kitten and have grown into a stunning full-grown cat. I have a “lion’s mane” ruff around my neck and white feet to set off my silky tabby coat. I’m okay with dogs and other cats and will sleep anywhere. I’m playful and like petting and brushing. You can pick me up and put me on your lap. Sound like a dream come true? My human was moving and I couldn’t go with—boo hoo! When I first arrived here, I was rather stressed out but I’m adjusting very well now. My human said I’m friendly and love attention. I like laps and will sleep with you if you let me! I don’t do super well with other cats, but I’m good with children. I like being brushed—and of course, I love crunchy treats. You can pick me up and hold me and let me snuggle against you. I’m a pretty short-haired calico girl. I’d like to find a new home where I’m the only feline (don’t know about dogs) and can give and receive loving companionship.

A word about my name: it’s short for something but Herm is just easier. My owner relinquished me so that I could find a home where I could get more attention. Not that I’m needy or anything! However, I will point out that if you DO pet me, I’m likely to roll over for belly rubs and brushing. I have a big plume at the end of my tail and white feet to set off my silky tabby coat. You know that “been around the block” saying, well, that’s pretty much me! I’ve lived in a couple of homes already in my short life. Perhaps because of that I am extremely shy. I do like to be touched gently. I have been known to come out and play! I’m an almost 5-year-old DECLAWED girl who’ll be your best friend if you have patience to let me adjust to my new home.
