Hi… my name is Orbit,

Adopted with Crackle 2-26-24

Mom’s moving out of state, and my buddy Crackle and I aren’t going—waaah! Here we are looking for a new home. We are bonded so we need a home together.  I’m shyer than my buddy and haven’t yet accepted my new situation gracefully. However, the volunteers can pet, scratch and brush me where I’m ensconced under a cat tree. This is my second time looking for a home, having been adopted from here as a kitten. I’m hoping that this time I can find a more long-term arrangement.  Won’t you come look us up? If the idea of two black cats is your idea of fun, we are for you!

Hi… my name is Crackle,

Adopted with Orbit 2-26-24

Mom’s moving out of state, and my buddy Orbit and I aren’t going—waaah! Here we are looking for a new home. We are bonded so we need a home together. I’m a little more outgoing than my buddy, and I’ve been hanging out in a high perch on a cat tree. However, the volunteers can pet, scratch and brush me, and pick me up. This is my second time looking for a home, having been adopted from here as a kitten. I’m hoping that this time I can find a more long-term arrangement. Hi… my name is Alexa,

Adopted 9-13-25

My last home was in a senior facility where I was kept in close quarters with other pets (including a dog). I didn’t like this, so here I am! My coat is pure white except for a streak of grey on my head. I’m a big girl and like being brushed. I’m getting used to my new environment, and I like to sleep on a cat tree. I think I’d do best in a quieter home where I had room to find my own space away from other pets. In the past I have sometimes shown my displeasure, but with the right home I think I could put this behind me.

Hi… my name is Tadpole,

Adopted 3-20-24

You’ve heard the story before: I was a stray wandering around a neighborhood in Amado when rescuers found me and brought me to The Animal League. Thankful I am for that good deed! From this point on, I begin a new chapter in my story. I’m well-cared for here and am quietly settling into the routine. You will find me curled up on a cat tree. I adore being petted and hearing soft words of how handsome I am. My black fur coat is soft and shiny.  When you adopt me, we will begin another chapter, and you will know that I am the sweetest of all kitties, clearly possessing a very elegant heart.

Hi… my name is Miss Kitty,

Adopted 1-31-24

To say that I’m upset to lose my home is an understatement! When my human dad passed away, his widow brought me here. She said I’m definitely a “one person cat.” I lived my entire life doting on my human dad. I’m sad and lonely. Perhaps you can understand my loss. I’ve never been around other cats, dogs, or children. I’m a good eater. I’m FRONT DECLAWED. I love to lounge around like the princess I was in my previous home. I need my new human to love, but I’m shy with strangers, so you’ll need to exercise patience in getting me to become your one-and-only cat. A love transformation is in order!

Hi… my name is Meow Meow,

Adopted 2-3-24

I was a stray in Tucson (although most likely I once had a home of my own, based on my sweet disposition.)  I arrived starving at a man’s house and he fed me for sixty days until he had to leave to care for his brother out-of-state. Thankfully, the kind man brought me to The Animal League! I’m a gentle, handsome boy who loves to be brushed. For petting, I’ll curl over so you can pet my tummy. I give “head butts” for attention; however, I rarely speak. So much for my name, eh? If you want a sweet-natured feline companion, please come meet me. How great I would be in your home! I’m waiting.

Hi… my name is Aries,

Adopted 2-9-24

As a kitten I was adopted by a senior mom who now can no longer care for me. I lived with her, another cat and a small dog. Mom says I’m playful and I like to sleep on a couch. Here I’ve been sleeping in a cubby and I’m friendly with the volunteers. I will circle around you looking for attention and have been known to enjoy being held, on occasion. Petting, scratching and brushing are on my list of favorite things. My coat is mostly black, with a white chest and feet, and a white dot on my chin. I’m young enough to have lots of play time ahead of us.
