I’ve lived in two different homes. With an active family including teenagers, dogs, and other cats, I didn’t do well. With a retired couple I behaved. I prefer a quiet home where I’m the center of attention. Unfortunately, the retired couple traveled frequently and that wasn’t for me. We felines like our own place, you know! Sadly, they returned me to The Animal League. I like cuddles, savory treats, playing with balls or ropes, and sleeping with my humans. I don’t like sharing my home with noisy people, other cats and dogs, or being picked up. I’m independent but also a sweet guy who is waiting to meet you!

I’m Tito and I make “fetch” happen! It’s probably my favorite thing to do. I also love walks, car rides, belly rubs, learning new tricks (rollover is my latest!), naps, cuddling, and anything else that involves time with people. I’m an almost 2-year-old boy who is the perfect mix of happiness, smarts, loyalty, and love all wrapped up in a handsome package, if I do say so myself. Bonus! I have experience living in a home, so I’m house-trained and crate-trained. I even put myself to bed at night! I don’t chew on things that don’t belong to me, and I know how to use the doggie door and have polite manners. Okay, I sometimes need to be reminded not to jump on people. Nobody’s perfect, but you have to admit: I’m pretty close! (11-30-23)

I may be shy at first, but if you give me some time to come out of my shell, and gaze into my soulful eyes, you’ll see a girl willing to take those first shy steps. All I need is a patient and understanding family who can help me build my confidence and show me the security of a loving home. I made some doggie friends at TALGV who are helping me overcome my shyness and try new things, like going on walks and learning how to play. Who knows? Maybe in time, I’ll become brave enough to have and perform my own stand-up comedy routine! First things first though, and that is meeting my forever family. Perhaps it’s you?
