Monsoon season is not the best time for a young mother and her two pups to be without a home. Thankfully we were brought to The Animal League and safety. My pups, Erin and Earl, are approximately 4 months old. I’m a good mom who wants her puppies to find loving forever homes. Let me be honest with you: I’m about 3 years old, and I want the same thing! I enjoy car rides and my daily walks, and since I have “puppy sitters” available, I love having some “me” time without the kids. So I recently attended an event with several of my canine friends from TALGV. I’m a happy, affectionate and sociable gal who’s always ready for human company. I think I used up one of my nine lives getting here! I was found in the desert with my two kittens. Thankfully someone found me and brought me to The Animal League, and we are all okay. I’m ready for a good home now that my kittens are old enough to be on their own. I like petting and chin scratches and will roll over on my back for more—just don’t touch my tummy. I’m happy hiding under a blanket here while I’m waiting for my new parents, but I think I’ll easily become more outgoing in the right home. Pappy

Papago Road exit leads off I-19 to nowhere, and that’s exactly where I was headed. Fortunately a good Samaritan found me lying under a tree. I was too sick and weak to stand, so he picked me up, put me in his car, and drove me to TALGV for help. After a trip to the vet, and a short stay, I was returned to TALGV. I’m an approximately 5-month-old hound/staffie mix boy, who finally can see a bright future ahead. Now all I need is a caring person, hopefully you, to adopt me and take me home. I can see it now, a home of my own, a loving family, and lots of toys for me to play with. What more could a puppy wish for? You to grant my wish!
