Adopted 7-17-22

Heidi is a sweet, obedient, and loyal 8-year-old, 75-pound German Shepherd female who needs a new home. She is crate trained, leash trained, and thoroughly obedience trained. She is housebroken and asks to go out. She is in good health, spayed, up to date on shots and medical records are available. Heidi is easily trained and is not protective of food or toys, but she does not get along well with other dogs; cats and children are unknown. She can be shy until she gets to know you and has mostly been around men. She likes walking but also likes to relax with her person. There is no adoption fee for this special girl. If you will welcome Heidi into a loving home as part of your family, please call Ryan between 9 AM and 10 PM at 520-237-9855.

Hi… my name is Cinnamon,

Adopted 10-18-22

I was wandering around the UofA research center one day doing some research of my own: mainly for food, shelter, and some company! Lucky for me, a nice officer took me to TALGV where I get all of the above, plus more. I am a young heeler mix lady who really enjoys running and playing. The people here say that I am very sweet and also athletic. I enjoy going out for long walks, and I would love to live with someone who likes those or perhaps goes hiking and will take me along. Would you like an enthusiastic buddy to go with you when you are out and about? Then you need to call and make an appointment to see me soon. I’ll be waiting!

Hi… my name is Ruth,

Adopted 10-5-22

Just as in the ancient writings, I am waiting for that special somebody who will redeem me. I was found in the Rita Ranch area, along with my feline companion Naomi. Not much is known about my past. I am a petite young lady with searching eyes. Will I see you come in the door to meet me? I hope so! I am currently kind of shy but I’m appreciating the kindness of volunteers at The Animal League. My rescuer saved me from the perils of outside, and I’m grateful. I would so like my own home with my own human to love on. Please come meet me!

Hi… my name is Naomi,

Adopted 8-6-22

Like the story of Naomi in ancient writings, I am out of my native land. But where is that? I don’t know. What I do know is that I was found, along with my feline companion Ruth, in the Rita Ranch area. Found on a doorstep, we must have known that the homeowner would bring us to a safe place, The Animal League of Green Valley, to be cared for until we found our new home. Since I’m shy, you may find me in a cubby. The volunteers are introducing me to care and comfort. With patience, I could transform into a loving companion.
