Hi… my name is Autumn,

Adopted 1-17-21

“Loving and cuddly in her space; playful with feathers on string; loves doggie friend, windows, and sitting with people.” So what more could you possibly want? Life was a dream for me and one of my other feline housemates, but the oldest (a real prima donna!) decided that she wanted to rule the roost and started picking on us, so goodbye happy life and hello TALGV (personally, I’d have found HER a new home, but I didn’t have any say in it!). My friend has found a new home already, and I’m just as pretty (and sweeter!) than she was, so how about me? All I want is for us to make each other happy!

Hi… my name is Peter Parker,

Adopted 1-21-21

I am a young, large, hound mix with energy to spare and an irresistible smile! I’ve already learned some commands like “sit”, “come” and “down,” and I’m working on walking on leash without pulling. I know how to do it, it’s just that I need to be reminded every so often because I get distracted by the many interesting things to look at and sniff out! At home, I love getting belly rubs. But then, who doesn’t? You should also know that I can jump pretty high. I do it just for the fun of it! I get along with some other dogs, although they say I’m a bit bossy. My perfect new home would be with a family or a special someone who likes being active as much as I do!

Hi… my name is Risky,

Adopted 7-24-21

Well, so far, my life hasn’t exactly been a Magical Mystery Tour! I guess the “mystery” part is right, but it’s been a far cry from magical. A wildlife response team trapped me trying to get into Wal-Mart, but they realized I wasn’t really feral and brought me here. I’ll admit I was a bit shaken (and still guarded after that experience, what with all the hullabaloo!), but I’m slowly recovering, and once I’m wrapped in a blanket and held, I start purring to beat the band. It may take me a while to trust everyone again, but I’m still a kitten, so I just need you to bring out the lover in me!

Adopted 1-7-21

MANDY is a sweet 3-year-old, 22-pound Whippet/Beagle mix girl that needs a loving home. Foster who rescued her would like her to be with a family that has more time for her. Mandy is fully house/potty trained (asks to go out) and loves dogs and cats of all sizes especially little ones her size or smaller. She knows sit and come. She is spayed and takes medication for Valley Fever (she loves her pills inside Marshmallows – about $50 a month). She is leash trained – walks/runs on 1 front leg and the opposite back leg. The lame back leg was apparently fused at birth. Her front leg is due to the Valley Fever. Mandy can easily jump up and down off the couch. She can be left alone at home without any concern, and she likes a crate to use when she wants to rest. Mandy is an Angel… well behaved, loving and all around best snuggler ever!  There is no adoption fee for Mandy. If you would welcome her into a loving home, please call Shawna from 8 AM to 5 PM at 520-878-3732.

Hi… my name is Mama Buena,

Adopted with Chula 2-23-21

My dad’s granddaughter said that my housemate, Chula, and I were the joy of his life – we lived with him since birth – so we’re both trying to get over the sadness of losing him. She said that while I was once outgoing and active, I’ve become rather shy since his passing, but when life was “normal,” I loved cuddling while he was brushing me, and we especially enjoyed watching CNN and ESPN (we’re big Wildcat fans!). I’m a 7-year-old longhaired buff tabby lady who needs to stay with Chula because it’ll make our adjustment so much easier. So, bottom line, you can have double the love and both of us for the price of one!

Hi… my name is Chula,

Adopted with Mama Buena 2-23-21

My dad’s granddaughter said that my housemate, Mama Buena, and I were the joy of his life – we lived with him since birth – so we’re both trying to get over the sadness of losing him. She said that among my many charms, I love to sit and wait my turn for treats after he’d had his own snacks. She said we loved cuddling while he was brushing us, and we especially enjoyed watching CNN and ESPN (we’re big Wildcat fans!). I’m an 8-year-old dilute torti lady who needs to stay with Mama Buena because it’ll make our adjustment so much easier. So, bottom line, you can have double the love and both of us for the price of one!
