When my family moved they left me with their neighbor who, after a couple of months, brought me to TALGV. I’m a sweet 6-year-old female brindle Boxer. I seem to be good around other dogs and children of all ages. I’m housetrained and according to my foster mom, I have good indoor manners. I also know the commands sit, shake, and come. I can be very playful but still enjoy just relaxing in the warmth of the sun. I’m good on a leash and look forward to going on walks. I don’t like loud noises, but who does? I’m an affectionate gal and I really love attention. Overall, you might say I’m move-in ready. If you’re the kind of person who likes white noise when going to sleep, you can forget about machines and apps, ‘cause I can provide that and a warm body too! I may be a petite lady, but I’ve got the purr of a lion! Even though I lived outside for most of my years, I was pretty well taken care of (except for being spayed, so you know what that means!). Now that I’m here (and that’s been taken care of!), I’m ready for a loving, safe home where I can be the indoor companion of a lifetime. When my owner’s health situation changed I had to come back to TALGV with my sister, Nalla. I’m a laid-back blonde, young boy. I’m fairly relaxed in this new place and mildly curious about things going on around me. They say I’m skittish and anxious, but I think maybe I’m just lacking confidence. I’m easy going around other dogs, and I even relish having another confident dog near me to show me the ropes on how to be a great friend and companion. Being young, I have a lot to learn about walking on a leash and basic obedience. I just need a loving and patient person to help me out of my shyness. Won’t you come meet me?
