I was brought to TALGV after I was found under a trailer. When I arrived, everyone knew they were in the company of an exuberant boy who is still a pup at heart. After working with my trainer, I’m settling down and gradually learning some new lessons. I’m quite proud that I know the meaning of sit and wait. I can use the doggie door and I’m possibly housetrained. I’m pretty good on walks but need more work on leash training. I’m sweet and very affectionate and I love to play. I also enjoy going for rides, once I’m in the car. If you’re in the market for a bundle of energetic love, please make an appointment to meet me. I could be just what you’re looking for.

I’m a 2-year-old Mastiff mix (possibly part Kai Ken), with a beautiful brindle coat. Since I’m large and lovable, and I enjoy ear rubs and kisses, my foster family has nicknamed me “Teddy Bear.” My foster dad said I’m house trained and the perfect houseguest. I walk well on a leash and I’m always eager to go for a stroll but I’m not thrilled about car rides or confined spaces. We’re working on that! I’m an intelligent and independent boy who can be little stubborn. I’m a true Australian cattle dog; in other words, I’m NOT a couch potato. I need tasks and activities to keep me occupied. I’m good on a leash and would really appreciate someone who’s active and possibly likes to hike. I also enjoy playing and absolutely love car rides. I appear to be housetrained and I use a doggie door, and I know how to sit when told. It may take a while to build trust with me, but when you do I will be affectionate, attentive and willing to learn new lessons.
