I have a lifetime of experiences to share with you. I lived with my senior human parents for years in California. When they moved into assisted living, their daughter drove me to The Animal League. I’m affectionate and sweet, purring when I’m petted and brushed. I love to play with feathered dangly toys. My favorite foods are senior dry kibble and canned puree. I’m front declawed and have Vet Care Support for Life. I like to sleep on my human’s bed or curled up in my “hut” bed. I prefer to be an only pet in a quiet home. If that’s yours, we should meet!

My feline buddies and I lived with a woman who cared for us well, but she became ill and could no longer care for us. That’s where The Animal League comes in! We were brought here and confirmed to be in good shape and very loving. I like petting and playing, don’t mind being picked up, and laps are okay for a short time (so far). I will approach visitors to my room, even the volunteers who want to weigh me. I’m very cooperative. I really like the cat trees here and like to try out the different levels. I’m adoption-ready! Hi… my name is Hugo,

I was left to wander around outside and became very thin. I needed help, and a nice person found me and brought me here after she couldn’t locate my owner. I’m enjoying the company of other cats and really like to play. I’m a busy boy! But I do have my calm times when I like to be petted. My coat is gorgeous and looks especially nice after a good brushing. I’m still somewhat lean, with long legs, but a chubby nose. If you’re looking for an active companion, you need look no further.
