Hi… my name is Marbles,

Adopted 6-4-26

My feline buddies and I lived with a woman who cared for us well, but she became ill and could no longer care for us. That’s where The Animal League comes in! We were brought here and confirmed to be in good shape and very loving. I like petting and playing, don’t mind being picked up, and laps are okay for a short time (so far). I will approach visitors to my room, even the volunteers who want to weigh me. I’m very cooperative. I really like the cat trees here and like to try out the different levels. I’m adoption-ready!  Come on over and meet me.  (12-2024)

Hi… my name is Kitty,

COMES WITH VET CARE SUPPORT FOR LIFE

Okay, at my age you’d expect that I’d been around the block, and I have! I’ve had a few different homes and was once abandoned, and somehow I developed a dislike of dogs.  My last human was no longer able to care for me so I’m looking for my NEXT home.  I have some minor age-related health issues—and I do come with Vet Care Support for Life.  Despite it all I’m a sweet black tabby cat that loves petting and laps.  I still like to play.  I like to sleep on a high perch on the cat tree in my room but will wake up and purr for any visitors that come my way.

Hi… my name is Cindy,

Who pulled the rug out from under me? I had a home for six years, but my human had to move away and took me to The Animal League. Of course, I was not a happy camper. Would you be? It’s true that I’m independent and very shy, but I’m a good girl around the litter box. I’m looking for a quiet home where I can be content watching the birds and other activities from a sunny window. Previously, I lived with other cats and a dog, so if you have other pets that’s okay with me. My name is Cindy. Could I be your Cinderella?

Hi… my name is Buttercup,

Adopted 6-1-26

When you meet me, you will notice my glistening fur coat with unique markings. You’ll have plenty of time to look because I won’t let you out of my sight! I will rub up against for you for pets and more pets. I crave attention and respond with a chirpy meow. I’ve had several humans in my life. It seems something always happens that I don’t fit into their lifestyle. So, I’m hoping that you will be my human that will provide me with my “fur-ever” home. If you want a friendly, front declawed cat, I’m your gal!

Hi… my name is Barnum,

Adopted with Bailey 4-4-26

Hey! I’m in the prime of my life but my human passed away. My bonded companion Bailey and I need a new home! We look similar, but I have the beautiful blue eyes to go along with a tabby and white coat. I’m the friendlier one and have been following the volunteers around, rubbing their legs and looking for love. I’ll roll on my back to play and I like laps. I can get along with dogs. As you can guess from our names, Bailey and I can be quite entertaining. Maybe you need a little more excitement in your home? Come meet us and we’ll charm you.

Hi… my name is Sir Winston,

Adopted 2-21-26

The Animal League changed my name to Sir Winston. My last owner called me Wyatt. Like Wyatt Earp perhaps? I’m no gunslinger, just a bold and outgoing male. I was adopted from The Animal League as a kitten, but my person brought me back here after three years because I was “bullying” his other cat. Indeed! What’s a guy got to do to get his own territory? Really, I’m a mellow, laid-back, and mild-mannered talker. I will roll over when you pet me. I’m playful, affectionate, and I even retrieve toys. I’m smart and have had some clicker training. By chance, could we click and train some more?

Hi… my name is Auto,

Adopted 3-8-26

After mom passed away we four cats were too much for dad to care for. Almost a year ago we all came to The Animal League hoping for a new beginning. I quickly found the top perch on a cat tree and in no time I also found a new home. That didn’t work out, so now I’m back! The volunteers come around to pet me and I crave their attention, rolling over and purring to show my appreciation. I’m a big boy with a handsome tabby and white coat. My eyes have a mysterious green tint. I’m looking to start the next chapter in my life with someone who can shower me with love.  (2-26)
