My life began on the streets in Amado, but it got better. I was adopted with my bonded companion, Newman, and had a good year or so. Our owner died, though, so we are here looking for a new home together. I’m a little shyer than Newman, but I have acclimated to The Animal League very well. When I want attention I will meow for it! I like being petted and brushed. I have medium-length fur that is white and grey, like Newman, but you can tell us apart by our noses: mine is grey and Newman’s is white. When I was living outside for a while, I got stuck in a tree after I tried to escape some other cats that were picking on me. A nice lady rescued me, fed me, and brought me here to The Animal League. I am getting used to the human attention here, and really like being petted and scratched. That gets me purring, “making biscuits,” and rubbing the obliging hand offering me such treats. But so far, I draw the line at being brushed. Since I have short hair that shouldn’t be a problem. I’m a handsome tabby with black stripes and unusual, gorgeous orange-gold eyes. Why not come meet me and let me charm you?
