When the owner of the home my family lived in only gave them 30 days notice to move after he sold the house, they couldn’t manage to find a place that would allow cats, so my bosom buddy, Jack (who’s already found a new home!), and I came back to our alma mater to find another family to love. Dad said, “They’re wonderful pets who love each other and our dog. They curl up next to him and stay in whichever room he’s in! We are so sad to have to return them.” Well I’m pretty sad too, but because I’m such a sweet, handsome guy, I know once you meet me, you’ll want to make my life good again. I’d add a lot of pleasure to your life, I promise.

How did I become lost? We don’t know. Fortunately, I’m a forward-looking kind of dog, so I’m focused on the future, the happy day when I have a home with someone wonderful like you! People also say I’m clever, alert and brave—I hope you think those are good qualities, too. But, most of all, I need to find a place in your heart. CLANCY is a sweet and handsome 7-year-old medium-haired black male who needs a new home as owner is no longer able to care for him and his brother, Petie. He weighs 12 pounds, is neutered, is current with shots, and vet records are available. He always uses his litter box, likes to play, and he loves a lap and to have attention. Clancy has lived with a dog and with other cats; kids are unknown. He has a deep bond with his brother so they should be adopted together. There is no adoption fee.

Humans can be pretty hard to understand sometimes! My family (mom, pop, kids, and dog) moved out of state a while back and left my sister, Kami, and me in the yard! We’d all gotten along so well, so I said, “Hey guys, you forgot us,” but I guess they didn’t hear me. Fortunately, the neighbors minded us for a while (they said, “They came to us for love and food,”) but they couldn’t keep us, so now we’re looking for a family that will cherish us for the sweethearts we are (and never, ever dream of leaving us behind!). I’m a 5-month-old tuxedo boy who’d love to stay with my sister, but if not, I’ll be happy to grace your life alone.

My adorable sister, Cher, and I were adopted three months ago, when we were 3-month-old puppies, but that didn’t work out. The people said we were too active, so I’ll be completely upfront in telling you I am an active 6-month-old puppy. I love playing with my sister and our toys, I’m curious about the world around me, and have the energy and eagerness to learn good-dog things to please you! Already, I know to sit when you say to (usually), and am getting good at walking on a leash. My best features? I’d say being fun-loving, sometimes just plain funny, and my cute puppy personality. Molly

How come people aren’t allergic to dogs as often as cats? My best friend in the whole world, Jezzy, and I lived with two dogs and young kids, but recently learned that the reason one of them was having such trouble breathing, was us! Our family was so sad to have to relinquish us, but we understand why, and we’re hopeful we can find a new home where we can share our love (preferably together!). Dad said I was super friendly and cuddly with people, loved the dogs, and preferred older kids to the ones that have those unexpected “little child actions” (but I wasn’t at all aggressive with them). Given my history, I’m ready made for an active home (and so is Jezzy!), so why not make that one yours?
