Hi… my name is Crispix.

Adopted January 1, 2015.

When I first arrived as a teensy baby I was part of “the cereal litter” and went to live with a foster mom for a while until I was old enough to “mingle” here. All my siblings have found homes except my brother, Wheatie, and me so I’m getting a little antsy! Despite how much fun it is to have tons of playmates, like every feline, I really want a home and family of my own where I can participate in all the kitten activities that aren’t available to me here (like helping with chores, reading the paper, doing Internet searches — stuff like that!). I’m a darling, black and white boy who’s past that “go-go goofy” stage but still eager to spend lots of time entertaining you!

Arrived: August 12, 2014.

Hi… my name is Lucy.

Adopted January 17, 2015.

There wasn’t enough room for another big dog (well, 44 pounds isn’t THAT big!) at TALGV when I was found, so I stayed in a boarding kennel for a month until some space opened up. When the volunteers visited me, though, they said that I was happy, friendly girl whose “whole body wagged” when you met her. Now that I’ve got my own space here, I’m getting tons more attention, walks several times a day, learning lots of important commands, and getting some play time in too. The people at the kennel were nice, but it’s way better here — especially since now visitors will see what a sweetie I am and want to give me a new home! I’m a gorgeous, glossy ebony Staffie mix, and I know in my heart that the perfect family for me is just waiting around the corner. Why not make that you?

Hi… my name is Remy.

Adopted February 14, 2015

If you’ve had experience with big gals like me, have a good-size yard and maybe a few dog-loving children, do I ever have a deal for you! A family adopted me from a shelter a few months ago, and said I was terrific with their kids, was perfectly house- and crate-trained, and knew a few basic commands.  Unfortunately, the resident pets and I didn’t hit it off very well, so now I’ve got my sights set on a home where I can be “queen of the hop.” I’m a gorgeous, classically marked German shepherd lady, and if you can give me those things, we’ll all be better for it!

Hi… my name is Stripes.

Adopted December 14, 2014.

My dad only had me for two months before he moved out of state and decided he couldn’t take me (or my feline and canine friends) with him. You’d think he might have made better plans before adopting us in the first place! Well anyway, now I’m here and hoping that I don’t get “lost” among all the other kittens in residence at the moment (there seems to have been a bumper crop this year!). I’m am adorable medium-haired black and white, 4-month-old girl with a few “stripes” down my nose — thus my name, I guess. As with all kids my age, I’m inquisitive, playful, and into everything, so why not let me check out all the nooks and crannies in YOUR house?

Hi… my name is Terra Cat.

Adopted December 29, 2014.

As part of the galaxy of the eight “planet kittens,” I’m happy to report that we’re all here safe and sound and ready to spend lots of time “on earth” with families of our own. Were lucky to be here at all as our trailer home was struck by lightening and our family had to find another place to live (it was obvious that finding somewhere that we could ALL go was nigh on impossible!). We’re solid black “octuplets” and each of us is just as sweet as pie. We’re very young right now, and still at that “too endearing for words” stage, so make sure you get in on the antics and take one (or more!) of us home. “Black is back” and we’re here to prove it!
