Hi… my name is Maddie,

Adopted 10/21/17

I’ve known tough times, but I’m a dog who chooses to live in a happy today! Part of my past story (not even the worst part) was spending all day alone in a crate. But then, one lucky day, I moved to my foster home. My foster family gave me gentle reassurance until I got comfortable. They soon discovered I love going for walks, and now we share time in the yard, too, where I sniff and explore, free and relaxed, happy just to be with them. Plus, sometimes I get to have fun playtime with a visiting dog friend. All I need now is a happy ending: A forever home! If you can share the good life with me—a beautiful female Brindle Boxer/Hound mix —please call my friends at TALGV today.

Hi… my name is Cheyenne.

Adopted August 30, 2015

After being rescued six months ago, I lived with a family that included five kids (ranging in age from 12 down to 4), two male dogs, and a bearded dragon! Now that’s an active combination if ever there was one! My people said, “Cheyenne is very gentle with the kids and will make a great walker and lap dog (if you have a big lap!). She is a very well- rounded girl and we all loved the chance to help her. She will make her new family very happy.” Well, now! What more do you need to know (except that I sometimes don’t like female dogs — my only shortcoming apparently). I’m a striking, brindle Lab/Boxer mix who would love the chance to show you just what a fantastic companion I can be!

Hi… my name is Holly Berry.

When the Sahuarita police found me wandering in Rancho Sahuarita, I was wearing a pink collar with a rabies tag but no other ID they could trace. So now’s your chance – grab me quick! My foster mom said that I am perfectly house-trained, walk nicely on a leash (when there are no rabbits or other dogs to check out!), and respond well to “no,” so since I’m eager to please, she’s certain I’ll be easy to train. I get along with other dogs, like riding in a car, and, well, I’m just an all-around real sweetheart! I’m an 18-month-old, 34-pound heeler mix who’s probably done most of her growing, so “what you see in what you get” and it’s a really great package too!

Hi… my name is Charlie.

Adopted April 26, 2015

When my family moved to an apartment, they didn’t realize that there was a size restriction on dogs so when the landlord saw me, it was evident that I was over that limit and although it broke their hearts, they had to relinquish me. My mom said that I loved playing in general (I’m still a “puppy” at a year old), but especially with other animals and kids (mine were 14 and 16). The place they moved to didn’t have a yard, so I’m hopeful that my next family will have some outdoor space for all of us to get to know each other and where we can “let it all hang out.” I’m a charming brindle and white Boxer/Staffie mix who promises to add plenty of joie de vivre to your world!
