Hi… my name is Gretchen,

Adopted 3-7-25

OK, I’m a work in progress! After mom developed allergies and dad went to a facility I was given the boot. Luckily I was brought to The Animal League where they know how to handle cats. I’m a bit challenging at the moment, what with my world having been turned upside down. I’ve always been shy, although I’m good with other cats. No dogs, though. I need some socializing to learn how to act around people. I have pretty grey stripes and a white kisser. If you have a place in your heart for a cat that needs to blossom, please consider giving me a chance!

Hi… my name is Buddy,

Adopted 2-16-25

I’m a big hunk of a loving boy, a beautiful brown tabby with soft, petable fur. I just love people, and will rub your legs for attention or move to be closer to you. I’m into petting, brushing, scratching, being picked up, held–whatever you have to give! In my last home I did not get along with another cat, so perhaps I want a human or two all to myself. Here at The Animal League I like the higher cat tree perches in the catio, but I jump down for visitors.  Why not stop by and say hello? If you are looking for love, look for me!

Hi… my name is Teller,

Adopted with Penn 1-5-25

Come let us work our magic on you! My brother Penn and I are not illusions. We’re real and cuddly! We both are polydactyl (extra toes) on all four paws. We’re two adorable boys who need a home together. I rely on Penn for confidence. Once I’m acclimated to my new setting and people, I’m loving and friendly. My distinguishing mark is white under my chin. We lived with our human in Amado but poor health caused her to move, and we couldn’t go along. We lived with several other cats, but it’s unknown how we’d get along with dogs or children. Are you ready to meet Penn and me?  We’re waiting!

Come let us work our magic on you! My brother Teller and I are not an illusion. We’re real and cuddly. We both are polydactyl (extra toes) on all four paws! We’re two adorable boys who need a home together. Although we’re almost identical, my distinguishing mark is a white blaze nose. We lived with our human in Amado but poor health caused her to move, and we couldn’t go along.  We’ve lived with other cats, but it’s unknown if we’ve been around dogs or children. I’m very friendly and loving. I enjoy ear scratches and conversations. Don’t you just have to meet Teller and me? Please let us charm you!

Hi… my name is Zeke,

I lived in a family with two kids, but divorce broke us up since a kitten was just too much to handle during that difficult time. I came to TALGV and was adopted again, but after ten years my human died—so here I am again! I like laps and playing with ribbons. I’m not so wild about kids anymore (my patience isn’t what it used to be!), and although I seem to get along with other cats here, I may prefer to be an only cat. I like my handsome tabby and white coat brushed, and I need to take medicine in my food to keep me healthy—can you help me manage that?

Hi… my name is Rudi-Tudi,

Adopted 8-19-24

COMES WITH VET CARE SUPPORT FOR LIFE

A life’s worth of experiences I have in being a comforting feline companion to my humans. I’ve had several homes so far; in each one I was loyal to my humans as they went through health issues. Sadly, they all have passed. I long for my own home again. I’m shy until I feel comfortable with you and then I like to cuddle beside my human. I may even nuzzle inside your zippered sweatshirt! I prefer a quiet home with older adults –no children or other pets, please. I’m a front declawed lady with Vet Care Support for Life who is seasoned in love, just waiting for you!
