Well, darn, dad is moving and can’t take me with him! I have lots to recommend me to a new household: I’m good with children and small dogs, and am very friendly. Dad says I’m loveable, playful and smart. I like meeting new people. The volunteers here say I really like chin scratches and brushing, and I will jump into your lap and rub against your chest to show my affection. My litter mate Lily and I were adopted by a couple who loved us dearly but sadly had to relinquish us because of their allergies. Here’s what they said about me! I’m an affectionate purr-boy who loves balls and soft toys. I like to perch in windows and play with Lily. At times I may get excited playing with you and may nip to let you know that I’ve had enough. Lily and I like to sleep near each other. Since we were the only pets in the house, I’m not sure whether we would be good sharing our attention with another pet. Children are another unknown. Please come meet us! We are an adorable pair!

My name comes from The Lion King and I think it reflects me perfectly—I have a stunning long grey coat and am the picture of health. Although I’m still a young guy, I developed FIV early so I have free Vet Care Support for Life. I’m used to dogs and children, but I think I would prefer a quieter life. I’m a loving, playful boy whose curiosity about the outdoors has to be monitored. I enjoy petting and will quickly roll on my back for belly rubs and brushing.
