Hi… my name is Paahk (“Park”),

Adopted with Lily 9-11-19

You know the saying “When life gives you lemons…” well given that I have no eyes (literally!) I’ve done pretty well for myself, especially with help from my seeing-eye friend Lilly! My dad adopted us when we were kittens but his health necessitated his moving in with his cat-allergic family so he sadly had to part with us. He said I love head/ear scratches, laps, exploring, and, if you can believe it, catching flies! There’s not much I can’t do (especially with Lilly around for guidance) so except to look at me, you’d never know I’m “special needs.” If your heart is as big as mine (and Lilly’s) I know we’ll be a forever family!

Hi… my name is Granola,

Adopted 1-28-25

OK, let’s just say I’m a “work in progress”! Everyone wishes I could talk, because no one knows what I’ve been through that’s made me so shy. Well I’d like to tell them too, ‘cause it would help if everyone could understand my past! A kind lady adopted me and another shy cat a year ago, but since we had each other to “lean on,” we didn’t make an effort to be the kind of social companions she wanted. I think it’ll take a really special “cat person” to bring me out of my shell, but often we “special cases” are worth the effort, so I’d be ever so grateful if you’d invest in me!

Hi… my name is Winston,

Adopted 12-31-18

Comes with Free Vet Care for Life.

Who knew how delightful a squeak could be? Well, when you come meet me, you’ll find out, ‘cause I’ve got the tiniest, most plaintive meow in the world and it’ll charm your socks off! That, my personality, and my half-moustache countenance of course! I lived with my mom and a few other cats (with whom I wasn’t on the best of terms) for five years, but when she couldn’t care for me any longer I came here so I could move on to the next phase of my life. At 12, I have free vet care so all I need from you are three “L’s”: a lap, love, and luxury and I’ll be in seventh heaven!

Hi… my name is Tinker,

Adopted 11-21-18

There aren’t too many cats whose owners say, “Likes car trips,” but apparently I’m one! I also like tummy rubs (another “not-too-many-things-cats-like” attribute!), and wash my paws in water (get’s ‘em lots cleaner that way!). In other words, I’m not just your run-of-the-mill tabby girl! I’m also playful (at almost 3 years old, not surprising!) and am not at all picky about my food. So why relinquish me? Well, dad’s moving out of the country and felt it would have been hard on me, so given my sweet nature, he knew someone else would have the time of their life spending it with me. Why not show him he was right and take me home?

Hi… my name is Pima,

Adopted 11-18-18

So I guess there really IS a limit on the number of cats that are manageable! My mom adopted me and two others when I was a wee baby and added us to the three she already had, so six was a nice round number. Sadly, she had to bring her dad and his two cats into her home to care for, so eight was just “one toke over the line” as the country song goes! Well, I’m still playful as can be, get along with everyone, am “sweet, loving, a good eater,” and for me, interactive play (with a human) is the stuff of life, so I’m hopeful it’s your idea of heaven, too!

Hi… my name is Precious,

Adopted with Jade 11-7-18

Comes with Free Vet Care for Life

I guess it’s hard on families when they separate, but it’s doubly hard with there are kids and pets involved. My not-so-little household consisted of my feline friend Jade, two youngsters, and two good-size dogs, and we all had a splendid time enjoying life. For a 12-year-old (with free vet care) who spent her whole life with them, things are pretty topsy-turvy right now, but mom said that I’m gentle and outgoing and although sometimes shy, I love people, so I know one day things will be back on an even keel for me again (and maybe Jade, too?). If you make that happen, I know there’ll be a twinkling gold star in your crown!
