Hi… my name is Elijah Blue,

Adopted 10-27-18

Change is really hard for some cats. For all of my 6 years, I’ve lived happily with my mom and another cat and we enjoyed the laid-back pace of a peaceful life. I loved to play with laser lights and toys, and pretty much was happy as the proverbial clam. When mom had to start using a walker, though, I started getting underfoot – and you know how that can end up – so she decided for her safety (and mine!), I needed to find a new home. I’m still trying hard to adjust to a strange environment, so I’m a “work in progress,” but if you keep an eye on me, you might just find the completed project will be worth the wait!

Hi… my name is Joshua,

Comes with FREE Vet Care for Life

My dad raised me from a kitten and said that I was THE best cat he’d ever had, but because of “life changes” couldn’t keep me any longer. I went to live with another senior couple, but that didn’t work out, so here I am again, hoping for that “final resting place” (OK that sounds kinda strange, but you know what I mean!), where I can just enjoy the perks that age has bestowed. It might take me a bit to adjust to a new situation, but I know once I feel safe and loved, I’ll be your constant companion too. I’m a declawed, 15-year-old (so come with free vet care) who’ll thank you every day for, as the ABBA song goes, “taking a chance on me!”

Hi… my name is (Ms.) Charlie,

Adopted 12-21-19

Wouldn’t it be wonderful if everyone could get along? Well, as is the case with lots of the felines, I’m an “only child” kind of gal, and truth be told, I’m picky about my humans, too. But I think with LOTS of patience, once I get to know and trust you, I’ll be right there for the love. My reticence in the “other cat” department might well be because I was traumatized by another cat when I was just a kitten, but those things stick sometimes, so that’s one reason for my behavior! Bottom line though is that I’m a 7-year-old beauty who may well reward your perseverance with warmth and joy some day. You’ll never know unless you try!

Hi… my name is Turtle,

Adopted with Kitty 2-5-18

For a stray who was cared for outside by a Good Samaritan, I was pretty “pampered”! I got to eat Taste of the Wild, Fancy Feast, and Temptation treats–that’s a diet even some indoor cats don’t get–plus I had an outside “self-heating” bed to keep me warm at night. My rescuer said that I love affection and will follow you around to help with chores, am smart and inquisitive, and am brave and protective because I once alerted her to a rattlesnake! All that being said, I hope the indoor life is in my future, ‘cause I’ve probably tempted fate enough in my 5 years. My “mom” was moving and didn’t want to leave me to the vagaries of others caring for me, so make us both happy and take me home!

Hi… my name is Bryce,

Adopted 1-15-18

“Found him wandering around the houses, talked to neighbors who said he’s always looking for shelter and food.” That’s not much to go on, but it’s all I’ve got history-wise, so it’d be a lot easier for you to meet me and see what a find I’m going to be! I wasn’t neutered when I arrived (you can bet I am now!), so who knows how long I’ve been without a home and begging food from the good people in Sahuarita? Suffice it to say, I’m happy to put those worries behind me, and am looking forward to a real place of my own where my people will cherish me for the delightful guy I am. I’m betting this 1-year-old would brighten up your world by megawatts!
