Hi… my name is Kitsee,

Adopted 11-11-17

If you’re looking for an “interactive” cat, well, your search would definitely be over with me! After my mom died, there was no one who could give me a new home, so my girlfriend, Kaysee, and I need to find a new person to love. According to mom’s neighbor, “Kitsee is very lovable, affectionate, likes to be rubbed (and rub you back!), and gives kisses. She plays with almost anything, adores being brushed, and in no time she’ll be all over you!” (Just ask the volunteers here – they’ve already been treated to my special brand of affection!) I’m a 6-year-old declawed lady who’d love to spend the rest of my life showing you how right everyone is about me (and it’d be nice if Kaysee could come along too)!

Hi… my name is Miss Priscilla,

Adopted with Buddy, Prince and Missy 11-26-17

Comes with FREE Vet Care for Life

As the lady who brought me to TALGV said, “Life has been tough on poor Miss Priscilla this past year.” Well, I have to agree with that, ‘cause both my mom and my birth sister died and I went to live with mom’s friend for a while, but she lost her sight and couldn’t care for me any longer, so here I am, wondering if the NEXT twelve months are going to better! I’m an 11-year-old lady (with free vet care), and although I’m kind of independent during the day, I love to socialize in the evenings and then cuddle up next to you at night. I sure do hope the person who’s going to put my worry about the future to rest is right around the corner!

Hi… my name is Lilo,

Adopted 6-7-18

In the year I lived with the family that found me, they said that I was a typical playful, bold, and independent boy (well, “kitten” is still my middle name!), but since coming to TALGV I’ve been a little apprehensive about my new surroundings and it’s taking me a bit to adjust to life without my people. I was very gentle with the two kids I lived with (ages 11 and 13) and loved to sleep with “my” daughter (especially when my “blankie” was there too!). Some felines adapt to new situations faster than others, so I do hope you’ll give me a chance to show you all my attributes, ‘cause they can all be pretty darn nice!

Hi… my name is Khaleesi,

Adopted with Sasha 3-3-18

When you hear the term “old blue eyes” you probably think of Frank Sinatra, but that’s me too as that’s probably the first thing you’ll see when you meet me (except for the “old” part – I’m just a 1-year-old)! The next things will be my diminutive stature, beautiful white coat (with perky grey tabby ears), and my sparkling “love-everyone” personality. My three kittens and I were found when they were only a few weeks old so we lived with a foster mom for a while, but now that they’re off to their new homes, I’m sitting here just whiling away the hours until my very own “special someone” comes looking for companionship and finds ME! That’s sure to be a banner day for both of us!

Hi… my name is Oliver,

Adopted 1-2-18

My dad “absconded” to North Carolina and left my housemates, Gizmo, Peanut, Jake, Jasper, and me behind with his father-in-law (who unfortunately was not in the market for cats!). Well I can tell you one thing, once you meet us, you’ll wonder what on earth ever possessed him, because we are five of the most lovable and “handle-able” critters you’ll ever meet! I’m a 5-year-old tabby boy, and of course having lived with other felines, I’m pretty adaptable to most any situation. I’d be perfect for an active family with kids (maybe even one with a nice calm dog), so if feline entertainment and companionship were on your “bucket list,” I’d help check that one off!

V V

Hi… my name is V V,

Adopted 3-20-20

Since I have been here at TALGV for more than a year, our Cat Care Volunteers will pay for my adoption fee.

I guess you could say I’d been a “free soul” for six months because my rescuers said they’d been feeding me for that long and that I’d been an indoor/outdoor guy – coming and going as I pleased. I got along with the resident dog, and enjoyed the adults (although I’m wary of all the strangers coming and going here), but the one-year-old baby really wasn’t “my cup of tea,” so I guess I’d do best with an older family. I’ve got a rather sad “why am I here?” face, but I’m betting it won’t take long for me to “smile” and learn to love living (indoors!) with you once I’m settled in my very own place.
