Fenley

Hi… my name is Fenley. Adopted June 27, 2015 I’ve discovered that chain link fences and cats just don’t mix! I was found wedged in one with a three-inch gash in my leg that TALGV has very kindly patched up, so I’ll be good to go in no time. I think I’ve had quite enough […]

Leah

Hi… my name is Leah. Adopted November 2, 2015 I may hold the dubious record for cats “returned most times to TALGV” through no fault of my own! I arrived as a stray for the first time back in 2010. I was adopted shortly thereafter, but my mom died a year later. I was adopted […]

Oreo

Hi… my name is Oreo. Adopted June 26, 2015 Yes, I know, some cats don’t travel well, but my siblings (Bert and Ernie) and I sure would have made an exception if our family had given it a shot when they moved to Illinois! I mean, really, after living with them all our lives, we […]

After my dad died, mom couldn’t care […]

Hi… my name is Baby Girl. Adopted August 2, 2015 When the volunteers saw “CHC” listed as my breed on my intake information, they were really stumped! After sifting through the papers though, they discovered that my owners considered me a “common house cat”! Well, hey — there’s nothing common about me — we felines […]

Precious II

Hi… my name is Precious II. Adopted June 27, 2015 Sometimes the best of intentions go awry. My folks had hearts of gold and, like lots of people, just couldn’t say “no” when a stray cat arrived in their yard. After they’d accumulated 20 of us (none neutered!), they realized that they needed help finding […]

Simba

Hi… my name is Simba Adopted March 29, 2015 If you ever needed an example of “exponential,” then my siblings and I are it! It started, as it always does, with two unneutered cats back in 2013, and here we are, now 15 total (there were more, but they didn’t make it). We were all […]
