I’m a cuddle dog! The people who cared for me after they found me at a school said that I love to cuddle. That’s the important stuff, really, but I should also tell you that I’m a 6-year-old Chihuahua, black and tan, male, and weigh about 7.5 pounds. Okay, I’m not very big, but there’s a lot of love in me! I’m especially calm and loving while being held, and that’s because your kind touch means SO much to me. I’ve lived with a family, including kids 12 years old and older, and a German Shepherd. So if it’s just you and me, or a family, I’m a happy guy, especially if there’s lots of cuddle time! Could I get lucky in the adoption department just one more time? My dog buddy, Skittles, and I had a wonderful home with our person for 1-1/2 years, but due to her health issues, we’re back at TALGV. I’m a black and tan, 2-year-old male; a Shepherd/Hound mix—which, in my case, means a guy with handsome shepherd looks and hound ears, who’s leash trained and what people call “a really nice dog.” I like playing with a ball, and I’m willing to learn new games, too, because I’m a friendly guy who just likes being with people. If you take me home, I’ll do my best every day to make you glad you did. How about we meet and see if the perfect place for me is with you!

I had a good home with my dog buddy, Goli, and our human dad, but when he needed medical attention, there was no one to take care of us. He decided a new home would be best for each of us and so we’re here. I’m excited about a new place and thinking I could fit in real well. I’m a tan, 7-pound male, and at 3 years old, I’ve learned some important things: I know “sit,” “come,” how to walk on a leash, and how to behave well in the house. I belonged to the daughter and when she moved, there was no one to take care of me. My owner said I was good in the house when they were gone, but those were lonely times. When TALGV volunteers ask me how such an adorable dog was found wandering and alone, I must say I don’t know. And then I thank them for saying I’m adorable. I do my best! I love to play and truly love people attention. If you’ll let me, I’ll sit on your lap and give you lots of Beagle attention in return. The folks who found me said I was good with new people, kids (4 and 6 years old) and animals (they had 2 dogs, both bigger than me). I may be cute, thanks very much, but most of all I’m eager to be your friend. At 30 pounds, I’m a cuddle-friendly size; tan and white, and about 4-1/2 years old. I bet we’ll find each other adorable, so please let’s meet!
