Beanie is an energetic and smart 18-month-old, 45-pound, English Bull Terrier female that needs a new home. She is house trained, asks to go out, and sleeps in bed with owner. She is in good health, spayed, up to date on shots, and medical records are available. Beanie is leash trained with a harness and loves to play and run. She is treat motivated; she loves food, especially fruit. Beanie is a playful and loving companion, knows sit command and will benefit from more training. There is no adoption fee. Hi… my name is Crockett,

Adopted 11-11-23

How or why I ended up at the Pilot Travel Center just outside Tucson is still a mystery. Thanks to a concerned person, I was rescued and transported to TALGV where I was scanned for a chip (which I have). It appears I started out in Texas, but after a couple of calls, even though they knew who I was, no one there could actually claim me. I can’t understand why! True, I’m a little rambunctious, but who wouldn’t be under these circumstances. I’m friendly, can use the doggy door, and (might) sit for a “good” treat. Now that my traveling days are a thing of the past, I need a stable home, with a family to share it with. Just look for the handsome young Bull Terrier/Shepherd mix. I’ll be waiting for you!

Hi… my name is Peaches,

FOUND – CALL TALGV OFFICE FOR INFORMATION

I was found wandering around Madera Highlands and was fortunate enough to spend some time in my rescuer’s home. While there I met the other members of the family, a Bull Terrier, two Chihuahuas, and the 5-year-old child who gave me my name. We all got along very well. I myself am a young female Bull Terrier mix. I’m mostly white with black trim. Under my soft white coat there are opaque spots that I prefer to call freckles. I was described by my finder as being a gentle, affectionate girl who rides well in a car. Then I came to TALGV where I was an immediate hit with the volunteers. Now, all I have to do is to find a wonderful family that will invite me into their loving home. I’m ready!

Hi… my name is Bronson,

Adopted 2-3-21

When I encountered several javelinas in Amado, I took refuge in a nearby yard. Since I’ve been here at TALGV, I’ve become quite popular, mainly because I’m so friendly, patient and good natured. I know how to sit when told and I can use a doggie door. I may be strong, but I do walk well on a leash. Since I recently demonstrated my climbing ability, I will need an enclosure from which I can’t escape. If you aren’t familiar with my breed, I can tell you that I’m playful, endearing, comical, sometimes stubborn, mischievous, but ALWAYS devoted. I actually thrive on affection and exercise. I’m known as the “ultimate personality breed.” I’m inviting you to be my guest at a “meet and greet” where we can get to know each other. Please accept my invitation!

Hi… my name is Sonny B,

Adopted 3-31-19

Has earned his AKC Canine Good Citizen Certificate!

“Playful and charming”—does that sound good? People use those words to describe me, and, to be completely upfront, they sometimes add “mischievous.” Is that still okay? I just want you to know that I’m still a puppy who needs some training, but I’m not a baby anymore. If you pet me, I can relax and let my sweet side shine through. Since my sister was adopted, I’ve been a little lonely, but I thrive on attention and affection; quality time with you means the world to me. If I get in trouble, my feelings are hurt because I truly want to please you. So if you’re loving and patient, and could enjoy the company of a high-spirited, fun-loving young guy like me, let’s get together. I see a happy future for us!
