Stargazing can be all kinds of fun, but that’s not what my friend Aquarius and I were doing when found near the Whipple Observatory. We were lost—scared and hungry. Once here, though, we quickly made friends and now Aquarius has a home of her own. That leaves me alone, but maybe not for long. I’m a very loving dog, who thrives on giving and receiving attention. A 1-year-old Hound/Lab mix female, I’m naturally responsive to the person I’m with and already fairly good on a leash. When spending time with a senior citizen, I was good with her and with boys ages 8 through 13. Seems like I’d fit well into lots of different households, including the active and fun loving. So what do you say? Could we share a happy future together?

BREE is a beautiful, energetic, and affectionate, 5-year-old, 60-pound hound mix that was adopted as a puppy, but he needs a new home as owner’s new job will not allow time for his care. Bree is neutered and shots are up to date; he has recently been diagnosed with Valley Fever, but with ongoing treatment there is no physical evidence of it (medical records available). He loves people, is obedience trained, and usually has excellent manners (knows sit, stay, shake, come, lay down). He is housebroken and asks to go out; he would be best as an only dog (no cats, please), walks well on leash, and loves to run. He is good with children of all ages.

He is good with other dogs; cats and children are unknown. Lucky is healthy and is up to date with his shots. He is obedient, loves to walk on leash, likes to ride in car, and is very smart. I was found in the parking lot of a doctor’s office (a doctor for humans, that is). The story of how I came to be lost is unknown, and that’s okay by me. I’m a today-and-tomorrow kind of guy—eager, lively, looking for fun. Oh, if you tell me to sit, I’ll do it. My friends here say I’m smart and “trainable” (especially with treats). But I hope your word for me is “likeable,” maybe even “loveable.” The thing is, as much fun as I’m having here, every night I dream of the same thing: My forever home with a person or family of my own.
