Captain

Hi… my name is Captain, Adopted 6-10-24 Ahoy! I’m Captain, your next adventure buddy and forever friend! I’m a hound mix who was found alone in Green Valley and brought to TALGV where I quickly became buddies with two- and four-legged friends. My zest for life is infectious; I’m a quick learner and am ready […]

Crosby

Hi… my name is Crosby, Adopted 12-28-23 People tend to notice my merle and white coat first because, they say, it’s unusually handsome. They often comment on my eyes—one is blue, the other brown. I enjoy the compliments, of course, but my favorite part is when we get acquainted because I’m a friendly, sweet guy […]

Zeus

Hi… my name is Zeus (aka Dodge), Adopted 11-19-23 One morning I woke up in my familiar, comfy home and then everything changed. Turned out, my family’s new place isn’t big enough for the children, the cats, and me. Was I upset? Yes. I’d lived with my family since I was a pup. I love […]

Sunshine

Hi… my name is Sunshine, Adopted 11-29-23 I’m known to people, familiar with me, as a gal with a “sunny” disposition. With that endorsement, what name could possibly be a better fit for a sweet, affectionate, 3-year-old Staffie mix like me! My previous owner said I behave well in the house, ask to go out, […]

Midnight

Hi… my name is Midnight, Adopted 4-7-24 Elvis got it wrong. While I’m thought to be a hound-mix, I certainly don’t go “crying all the time.” I prefer to go on sniffaris to inspect the wonderful scents. I was found without any ID and started hanging around a nice lady’s home where lots of other […]

Fabian

Hi… my name is Fabian, Adopted 1-21-24 I’m yet another example of why microchipping – and keeping information current – is so important. Dogs can’t carry wallets. Where would we put them? Some very kind people found me wandering in Sahuarita without so much as a collar and brought me to The Animal League. I easily settled in with my canine neighbors […]

Eli

Hi… my name is Eli, Adopted with Jerry 10-17-23 Like all the other dogs here, my companion and I arrived at TALGV through no fault of our own. Since my buddy was a little dog, he found a new home quickly. The volunteers learned I make friends easily and quickly found me another canine roommate. […]
