My papa Mandarin and brother Banshee and I were brought to The Animal League because our human was allergic to us. Although we are not officially bonded, we are used to each other so please consider adopting us together. My brother and I love to play together. Our feline dad watches from his cubby. Think mandarin oranges … that’s probably how I got my name. My human became allergic to me and my young ones, so we were brought to The Animal League. This is a good place for us in the interim, but we all need a forever home. You may find me in a cubby watching my kittens, Tie Dye and Banshee, playing together. I am a mellow dad who enjoys their company although I am not officially bonded to them. We are accustomed to living together so you might consider adopting all three of us. My mama and I were found under a bush in a front yard in Rancho Sahuarita. We must have been dumped there. Although our rescuer posted our whereabouts online, no one claimed us, so she wisely brought us to The Animal League. My mama is pregnant so will be cared for in a foster home. I was left in a crate, along with my two sisters and mom, outside TALGV. I’m a 4-month-old Rottweiler/Shepherd mix. Mom says we look more like dad, but you can see a little of her, especially in me. One of my sisters has already been adopted and I’m hoping someone will take me home soon. I’m at the age where I’m ready to be taught proper manners, like potty training, leash walking, and other important things that will help me become a well- behaved adult. Of course, there’s also learning how to “sit,” and the rest of the basic commands. A patient, loving person can help me learn everything I need to know. You can reward me with treats when I’m good and before long you’ll be rewarded with a faithful companion for life.

Since a kitten I have lived with my humans and my feline friend Mia, plus two dogs. I was gentle with children, easy to get along with, and could nap anywhere. My humans who had me since I was a kitten were moving and couldn’t take me and my feline friend Callie with them. Perhaps that is why my eyes weep at times, but all you have to do is wipe them.
