Rescued as a kitten from a storm drain, I still have a penchant for darting outside. Yes, I am a door-dasher! Although I lived happily with my human family who had young children, they could not ensure that the doors would stay closed. Any time I had the chance, I would “jet” out! The Animal League volunteers are finding that is still true. I’m a meeter-and-greeter who is very friendly and loves to be petted. Due to my bold nature, I might do best as the only cat in your home. What a handsome lad I am, a grey tabby with white accents on my nose, chin, and paws. I have soft fur and enjoy being petted. I’m a hefty guy who has lived with a couple. I so appreciated their care because my early years were spent outside as a “working cat.” That was not appropriate to my very loving and affectionate nature. My humans said that I could be chatty—no doubt telling them of my previous adventures! At The Animal League I am laid back, just waiting for you to come meet me. Chapter 2: A kind couple adopted me, and we spent many happy years together, along with their resident cat. Sadly, my humans could no longer care for me so here I am. I’m a sweet, laid-back, affectionate cat longing for Chapter 3 of my life story. How about helping me write this chapter?
