Adopted with Laelia 12-3-18

Luke and Laelia are beautiful, loving, and smart 20-pound, 18-month-old Cocker Spaniels that were adopted as puppies. Owner is now caring for two-year-old and feels pups are not reliable with child that young. They are okay with children over 6 and are good at the dog park. Cats are unknown. They use doggy door to go out themselves and walk well on leash. They are healthy, have been neutered, and medical records are available. They love to play, and they would prefer to stay together. There is no adoption fee for these special dogs.

If you will welcome Luke and Laelia into a loving home as part of your family, please call Cliff at 520-248-4707 or Michelle at 520-548-4162 between 3 and 9 PM.

Hi… my name is Daisy,

Adopted 11-30-18

Before coming here, I was one of fifteen dogs all living together in the same place! Different breeds, genders, ages—mainly small to medium small—and we all got along. Still do! We’re a sweet, loving bunch. But when our people moved and couldn’t take everyone with them, most of us came here—some of us shy, others very friendly, and each one hoping for the same thing: A new, comfy, loving home. We’re already experiencing new things; leashes and doggie doors were unknown to us, and we’ve not been around small children. For me, the best part has been meeting so many kind people. I’m a 6-year-old blonde Spaniel mix female, friendly and sweet, weighing in at 15 pounds. I’ve been called adorable, but all I really want to be called is yours.

Hi… my name is Buffy,

Comes with FREE Vet Care for Life

It was a dark and scary night, I was lost and alone—a 14-year-old, 8-pound female—when the clock struck midnight and a stranger opened his door to me. Yes, I was scared, but this caring person was willing to help. He tried to find my owner via social media and driving around, but no luck. And since my coat was matted and I needed some medical attention, chances are I’d been “out” for a while. But now I’m safe, and even have a foster dad who’s taking wonderful care of me. We go for walks; he makes sure I’m eating well and shows me loving kindness every day. I have Free Vet Care for Life, and a wise little heart that tells me someone will love me just as I am. Is that you?

Astro is a full bred white lab who needed a new home as owners no longer had time to share with him and his sister, Bella. Lucky for them they were adopted the day they became available by someone who happened to be looking for dogs just like them.

Hi… my name is Wally,

Adopted 6-16-18

When found near a local store, I wasn’t shopping but I had been looking for a friendly face in the crowd. Lucky me, I spotted two! They’re both Animal League volunteers and they knew right away that I’m a “people dog,” that is, a dog who thrives on the company of kind people. An 18-month-old blond Shepherd mix male, I’m lively, enjoy exercise, and interested in the world around me. But here’s my secret: I’ve been a little lonely. That’s why I try to be extra friendly to everyone, hoping they’ll notice me and see what a good dog I’m trying to be. If you’re looking for an attentive, active, eager-to-please dog, then I’m looking for you, too—ready to be your loving, playful, devoted companion for a long time to come.
