Hi… my name is Tyler,

Adopted 8-12-17

Comes with Free Vet Care for Life

Although my mom was partial to torties (she had three!) she added me to the mix anyway because I’m so “in-your-face” friendly! I might be a bit subdued at the moment since she went into a nursing home and my life has been turned upside down, but just spend some time with me and you’ll see how much attention and petting I really crave. I have to be honest and tell you that according to mom I “gave the girls grief,” so maybe I’d do best as an “only child.” I’m an 11-year old gentleman who comes with free vet care, so it sure would be grand if you’d take me home and let me get back to the important business of being your constant companion.

Hi… my name is Toby,

Adopted 8-29-17

For being about a year old, I’m a pretty doggone skinny girl! I’d like to think of myself as “slender and willowy,” but truth be told, I think I’m just in need of a lot of nourishment and lots of TLC! When I was found with my sister, Tinker, way out in the boonies, I wasn’t as “beat up” as she was, but still had quite a few other souvenirs of life in the wild, so I’m guessing I’ve had a pretty rough time of it lately. But I’m young and resilient and have eight more lives to go, so I know with the ministrations of the volunteers, in no time at all I’ll be fit as a fiddle and ready for a safe loving home to call my own!

Hi… my name is Cuddle Bug (aka Cuddles),

Adopted with Squeaker 9-3-17

Comes with FREE Vet Care for Life

Bet you never heard of a “seeing eye cat!” Well, that’s what I am for my BFF, Squeaker, as I’ve lived with her all my life, and have become her “guide cat” by making sure she gets around okay (so we need to be adopted together). Not to be outdone in the special department though, in my own right I’m a charmer (and a beautiful one at that with my awesome Maine Coon coat and sparkling personality!), so with the two of us, you’re sure to have drawn the winning straw! I’m 13 years old now (so come with free vet care), and I can promise that the two of us will enrich your life as much as you’ll do that for us!

Arrived 6-17-17

Note: Needs to be adopted with blind companion, Squeaker.

Hi… my name is Holden,

Adopted 7-30-17

Hard to imagine, but I guess sometimes you can have “too much of a good thing”! Well that’s what happened with my mom, because her new landlord told her that she’d gone a bit over her pet limit with her dogs and me and my sister, Phoebe (she’s already found home, so hey, it’s MY turn now!). Mom said I have a few minor allergies but am friendly, laidback, will “eat anything” (no picky feline here!), and at just 4 years old, will make a handsome lap decoration for years to come! I got along with the quieter dogs in the house too, so with all those pluses, I can’t think of any reason why you wouldn’t want to make me yours!

Hi… my name is Mattie,

Rehomed with 4 friends 5-2-18

Sometimes well-meaning people bite off more than they can chew! That’s what happened with our mom when she took in a few stray cats, couldn’t afford medical care or to have them spayed and neutered, and ended up with a whole passel of us! Happily, TALGV’s Outreach Program came to the rescue, and here we are, sweet as pie albeit a bit shy at the moment, but all totally eager to find new homes and people to love. I’m a silky 1-year-old longhaired tabby girl who loves people, gets along with other cats (obviously, since I lived with so many!), and I know that my life is going to be exactly the thing I’ve been dreaming of once I’m settled with you!

Hi… my name is Kola,

Adopted 6-14-17

There are just too many homeless cats and not enough shelters or adopters to give them all “happy ending” stories, but TALGV is doing its darndest to see that it can do that for as many as possible! Over the past year, they’ve taken a number of us from a shelter that’s closing and they’ve all been absolutely delightful, outgoing, loving felines. And I’m no exception! I also have an interesting rabbit-like stance when I eat (which is OFTEN ‘cause I need to gain some weight!), since somewhere along the way I lost my tail (but personally, I think that makes me just that much more charming!). At round about 8 years old, you can’t go wrong banking on my love for many a year!
