I recently attended an elementary school event, where I was gentle with kids and soaked up attention and belly rubs like a seasoned professional. My foster family found me to be a sweet, easygoing boy who loves sitting close to my person—lap-warmer, maybe? I’m hard of hearing, but I’m learning hand signals and enjoying new experiences. I ride well in the car and relax quietly in my crate. I practice polite house manners while moonlighting as an expert dog-toy defluffer. I’m looking for a calm, confident leader who helps me feel safe, so I can relax and enjoy being a dog. Maybe that’s you?

Do you have a heart as big as Texas? A kind man found me in an abandoned building. I’m a friendly, playful special kitty with a condition called CH (Cerebellar Hypoplasia). I’m not in any pain, but I walk wobbly, sometimes have difficulty staying upright on my back feet. There is no cure for my condition, but I am normal in every other way. I do need to be the only cat. With patience and care I can thrive, live a full and happy life giving you lots of love. Please pet my soft fur, especially around my face and chin.
