Through the years I’ve been a good feline companion to my humans. Let’s just say I’ve had some practice! For the past few years, I lived with my human mom, and we had such comfortable times together. I slept on her bed, and we snuggled together. Sadly, she had some health problems and could no longer care for me, so I’m back at The Animal League awaiting my next human to cuddle with. Is it you? I was found as a kitten out of state and somehow wound up here in Arizona. Now, though, my family is moving and I can’t go with them. I’m a little discombobulated trying to figure out what’s next. I keep to myself in a soft covered bed, and I hiss a little but the volunteers can stroke me with a wand and that’s OK with me. I didn’t get along with other cats before, but I tolerated dogs. My humans say I’m gentle and I like laser toys. I’m a petite tortoiseshell girl who also like treats. Isn’t there someone out there who could help me feel secure again?

OK, so I’m a crotchety old lady. I’ve earned the right! I lived my whole life with mom, who can no longer care for me. I’m hiding out under a cat tree now just trying to come to grips with my new life. I don’t get along with other cats and I’m used to being alone. Courageous

I came in with several other cats from an owner that could no longer care for us. They say I was playful and bold and liked petting. I’m OK with kids and other cats. My coat is very soft and on the light side for a torti. I have big ears and long legs. Here at The Animal League I have been hanging out by the door to appraise anyone coming in, so I’m not the “shy and retiring” type. I could be the “meeter and greeter” at your house!
