T-Rex

Hi… my name is T-Rex,

Every dog is unique, but I’m a little “uniquer.” Okay, maybe not uniquer (since there’s no such thing) but special—big ears, short legs, and my own friendly, lovable personality. Plus, even with the extra pounds I’m carrying around (and working on losing), I’m a pretty dapper little guy in my tuxedo black and white coat. I came here when my former people moved to a place where dogs aren’t allowed. We’d been together for five years and they reported that I was housetrained, leash-trained (the volunteers here agree), okay with cats (!), gentle and tolerant with a 15-year-old human. And if you look into my eyes, you’ll see that I’m deeply interested in you—hoping that we can be fast friends. I know you’re special, too, so we could be very good together.

JACKSON is a cute and sweet 18-month-old, 5-pound Chihuahua that needs a new family. He is healthy, neutered, and shots are up to date. Jackson likes to play ball and is leash trained. He gets along with other dogs, cats, and older children. He is housebroken, stays by your side and knows no and come. There is no adoption fee for Jackson.

Imagine a little dog like me (just 12 pounds), out on my own in the big wide world. I’m a curious, friendly kind of guy, and there was a lot to see and smell, but also scary big things, and even some scary little things. When a kind woman came to my rescue, I was relieved to be safe again. She kept me for a week, long enough to say I was great with kids, but there were already other dogs there and so I came here. I’m an adorable 2-year-old Papillion mix male—smart, alert (notice the ears), and I do like to join in the fun. If you have room in your heart and home for a little guy like me, we could have fun together for a long time to come.

Jacques is an adorable 1 ½-year-old male, 22-pound Terrier mix that needs a new home. He is housebroken, obedient, and leash trained. He uses unlocked crate for his safe place. He gets along well with small dogs, other animals are unknown. Jacques is healthy, neutered and is up to date with shots. He is has some separation anxiety due to past abuse issues, but he is sweet cuddlebug that is easy to train since he responds to treats. There is no adoption fee for this special boy.
