When you walk into my kennel, I will greet you with a wagging tail and gentle kisses. I am a heeler mix and was found together with my best friend, Krystal, near the Interstate. Some very nice people took us here so we could be safe. I greet everyone with lots of tail wags and kisses. I love to give kisses, you know—I even give them to Krystal! I am not as pretty as she is, but she knows I make up for it with a heart of gold. Won’t you come and meet me so I can show you? I am still sad about losing my people, but Queenie is such a comfort! If you come to see me, I will roll over for belly rubs and thank you with lots of kisses. I have lived with my people, three small dogs and two cats since I was just a puppy. I sure miss them, being alone in this kennel, but I look forward to going out with the volunteers every day. I am already 13 years old, but I still love life and because of my age, I come with Vet Care Support for Life! They say, I am well behaved and walk nicely on a leash. I can’t hear anymore, but I pay close attention and try to do what I’m told. I would like to play fetch with you or just lay on a blanket and be petted. I love children and people say I’m very gentle with them, but, really, I love everybody! How about we grow older together?
