“Super friendly and affectionate,” so said my rescuer. Looking for my home, I went onto her patio in Vail, AZ. Since she couldn’t keep me, she brought me to The Animal League where I’m being well-cared for. Somewhat rough and tumbled, the life of a stray was hard for me. Since I am FIV positive, I come with Vet Care Support For Life. My stubby tail most likely is from birth, but it makes me unique! I’m a purr-box who’s very sweet and gentle. I’m a Malinois/German Shepherd mix, which is code for: highly intelligent, athletic, and built for a job. I’m happiest when my brain and body are engaged, whether that’s structured training, adventure days, or purposeful daily routines. To set me (and you!) up for success, TALGV has enrolled me in a 2-week Board & Train program. I’ll be learning rock-solid obedience—heel, recall, sit, down, place—crate training, polite greetings, and even rattlesnake and toad avoidance, because… Arizona. I’m a quick study, and I take direction beautifully from someone who provides consistency and leadership. No cats or little kids for me, but in the right, breed-savvy home?
