Hi… my name is Phelix,

Adopted February 4, 2016

Not just your ordinary spelling of my name is it? Well, that’s fitting since I’m not just your ordinary guy either! My family adopted me as a kitten, and I enjoyed living with the four young kids and their two older cats (although they were kind of duds in the run-around-the-house-and-play department!), but they had to relinquish me when they moved to base housing because they only allow two pets. So…here I am, ready made for an active home where I can enjoy doing all the charming kitten things I’m designed for. Dad said that I’m very playful (well, at 12 months, duh!) cuddly, and adore having my ears and chin scratched. I can’t think of anything more to convince you to take me home, so maybe holding me in your lap will do the trick!

Hi… my name is Pixie,

Adopted 1-15-18

Although I’m a petite girl, they’re saying I remind everyone of Iñigo (“my little love”) Montoya from The Princess Bride with my little moustache and goatee! Not a terribly feminine picture I guess, but totally charming nonetheless! I was a “teen mom” when I first arrived here and lived with a foster mom until my babies were old enough to be adopted. I then lived with a gentleman and his dog and cat for a while, but the cat and I never hit if off, so I’m back — looking for another family in need of a social butterfly to perk things up. I’m a charming, playful, lap-sitting lover, and I’ve got years ahead of me to brighten your world.

Hi… my name is Duncan,

Adopted September 14, 2016

There aren’t tons of people willing to care for feral cats, but the wonderful lady who rescued my siblings and me has been doing that for years. I think the word got out to the feline moms in her neighborhood, as they often brought her their litters, knowing that she’d see that they were safe, and so it was with me. I went to live with a big, active family for a few months, and although they said that I was lovable, gentle, and playful, their other cat often intimidated me, so sometimes my manners took a bit of a tumble. I’d like to prove that I really can be a perfectly behaved little guy, and I’ll bet in a more calm home where it’s just you and me, I’ll be just that!

Hi… my name is Argyle,

Adopted March 1, 2016

There aren’t tons of people willing to care for feral cats (and take the time to trap, neuter, and release them), but the wonderful lady who rescued us has been doing just that for years. I think the word has gotten out to the feline moms in her neighborhood, as they’ve been bringing her their litters for a while now, knowing that she’d see that they were safe, and so it was with my siblings, Duncan, Bronte, and me. As much as she could, she also made sure that we were socialized, but given that we lived outside all our lives, we could still use some additional “climbing onto your lap” encouragement. Happily, we’re all healthy as the proverbial horse, so you can rest assured all you have to add is love!

Hi… my name is Penny,

Adopted 4-4-17

Penny comes with Free Vet Care for Life.

My person and I had a good life together for many years, but she had to move to a special place where animals can’t go. So now I’m looking for a new home, too. I just know there’s another someone for me to love. Granted, I’ll need some help at first. I’m a bit confused by this big change, and would greatly appreciate some patience in making the adjustment. Once made, though, I’ll be your faithful little companion. And I come with Free Vet Care for Life! I’m an 11-year-old female, black and white Chihuahua mix, a cutie pie from my teeny toes to my Batgirl ears! If I make you smile, maybe I could do that every day. Please visit me and let’s see if we could share a happily ever after.
