COMES WITH VET CARE SUPPORT FOR LIFE

FIV POSITIVE

I’ve had a hard-knock life! I strolled into someone’s backyard one day and they took pity on me and brought me to The Animal League where meals are regular (and delicious). Although I’m not much to look at (I’m scruffy) and I will never win any beauty awards, I’m still a sweet old boy who likes pets. Come let me purr for you! You can find me in a lonesome corner because I’m a shy guy. Wouldn’t you agree that every cat deserves a happy end of trail? Since I’m a senior FIV positive guy, I come with Vet Care Support for Life which means savings for my care.

Hi… my name is Sheba,

In Hebrew my name means “oath,” which feels pretty fitting because if you adopt me, I fully intend to make an unbreakable oath to steal your heart. I’m a black and white heeler mix with a big personality packed into a friendly, goofy, tail-wagging package. I love people, I love attention, and I especially love making you laugh when I do something delightfully silly—like zooming in circles for no clear reason other than joy. I’m the kind of dog who greets life with enthusiasm and a slightly chaotic sense of humor. One minute I’m charming you with my sweetness, the next I’m reminding you that playtime is non-negotiable. If you’re looking for a loyal best friend with a silly streak and a whole lot of love to give, I think we’re meant to be.

Hi… my name is Marigold,

Adopted 4-4-26

I was raised in a foster home since the beginning and learned important lessons on how to be part of a family. I’m calm, well-mannered, and pretty good at this whole “home life” thing. I’m a soft-hearted, thoughtful girl. When I see my people, my tail starts to wag, and I come in close for gentle kisses. I like to take it all in first, then join the fun—with a few playful zoomies when the moment feels right. I know “sit” and “down,” and I’m learning “come,” “find it,” and potty training like a pro. Toys, balls, and a good chew bone? Yes, please. I’m a Husky, Akita, Great Pyrenees mix… which basically means I’m 100% irresistible with a wise little soul. I’d love a calm, patient home to grow up in. Perhaps with you?

Hi… my name is Lupine,

Adopted 3-31-26

I’m more than just a good-looking pup; I’ve got brains to match. I’ve been raised in a foster home, so I understand the fundamentals of civilized living. I’m calm, well-mannered, and quite fond of structure. I’m an inquisitive, affectionate boy with a particular interest in problem-solving. Puzzles? Training? Figuring things out? Excellent. I’m always ready to engage my brain and happily accept gentle guidance. I know “sit,” and I’m currently advancing my studies in “come,” “find it,” and potty training. Toys and exploration are among my favorite research topics. I’m a Husky, Akita, Great Pyrenees mix—which, scientifically speaking, makes me 100% brilliant and undeniably irresistible. I’m seeking a home that values curiosity, learning, and a very good boy. I encourage you to meet me—my findings suggest excellent long-term companionship.

Hi… my name is Dandelion,

Adopted 4-1-26

Calm energy is my superpower. I move through the world with a gentle curiosity, taking things in stride and finding comfort in simply being near my people. I’m the kind of companion who leans in for affection, then settles quietly beside you—no chaos required. Raised in a loving foster home, I’ve learned how to be part of a family and bring a peaceful presence wherever I go. I enjoy playtime and get along well with other dogs, but I’m just as happy observing, exploring, and soaking in the moment. I already know “sit” and am learning “come,” “find it,” and potty training step by step. With my Husky, Akita, and Pyrenees mix, I’m thoughtful, loyal, and oh-so-sweet. Looking for a little more calm canine companion in your life? I might be your perfect match.

Hi… my name is Briar,

Adopted 4-3-26

I’ve been raised in a foster home, so I know how to be part of a family. I’m calm, well-mannered, and easy-going. I’m a slightly shy boy with bright blue eyes and a thoughtful heart. Some pups make a big entrance. I like to take a moment to observe before jumping in. I may not be the first to run up and say hello… but I’ll be the one to leave an impression on your heart. Once I feel safe, my playful, loving side really shines. I enjoy toys, time with other dogs, and a gentle connection with my people. I know “sit,” and I’m working on “come,” “find it,” and potty training. I’m a Husky, Akita, Great Pyrenees mix—which means I’m quietly devoted and completely unforgettable. This introverted guy could become your “everything.”

Hi… my name is Nate,

The folks who found me in their garage did the right thing to bring me here to The Animal League. When I arrived, I needed a little work on my long black and white coat. I do like brushing so that’s good. I had some trouble “settling in” here at first, but since then I respond to petting and brushing with purrs. I’ve found a cozy cubby on a cat tree to call my own. However I’d really like to find more spacious accommodations where I can get comfortable. Why not come meet me and see if we can make an arrangement?
