SHAKESPEARE’S ROOM – Donated by Dr. Pamela Ritch, a TALGV volunteer, provides a space for TALGV cats to meet and greet potential adopters in a quiet, home-
like setting.

It will be held on Sunday, March 4th at 2:00 in The Attic Thrift Store area of The Animal League. Rev. Daniel Messier will officiate. Please bring all pets on a leash or in a carrier. Refreshments for people and pets will be available.

The cats and dogs and volunteers and visitors are going to notice that you aren’t here anymore! Please come back and visit or volunteer on a “no-school” day. We are so happy that you spent time with us!

The student interns spent three days in training to learn the skills necessary to work with the animals at TALGV. Now the YIPs are working every day with the dogs & cats & in The Attic too. They are an energetic and much needed addition to the staff in the summer.

NEVER LEAVE YOUR PET IN A CAR – Watch out for asphalt temperatures. At 125 degrees, skin destruction can happen in 60 seconds – Keep animals indoors or in the shade – provide pets with ventilation and WATER

The Animal League adopted out 1,007 cats and dogs to their forever homes. Thank you to our adopters and congrats to the pets – we hope you all have a cozy life together.

Join the Youth Intern Program (YIP) this summer. You must be going into grade 9,10,11,or 12 in the Fall. Application & permission forms in your school office or at TALGV. Runs May 30 to July 19 – sign up by May 19th.
