When our finder kindly brought us to TALGV, my two puppies were excited about the food and I was most grateful for the soft, warm blanket. At last, we had a safe place to be, an amazing change for us. Hard times in the past left me with scars, but I’ve always managed to hold on to my big, gentle heart and sweet nature. Indeed, dear friends here call me an angel in disguise. I love that. Almost as much as I loved my first TALGV bath—such luxury—plus a wonderful massage! I’m good on leash and, very importantly, I’ve been a good mom, too. Is there a chance you might find me easy to love? I’m sure the feeling would be mutual. How about we meet for a visit and find out!

Aurora

Hi… my name is Aurora (aka Grape Nuts),

Living in a happy, loving home gave me a great start in life. My former person, who sadly gave me up due to her health issues, called me “a truly wonderful dog.” Luckily for me, my new TALGV friends agree, describing me as very sweet and playful. Fetch is a favorite game of mine and I’m having fun sharing my run with another dog. I’m leash-trained, understand “sit” and “touch” (nose to hand), and was good at home when my person was gone. Now I’m learning new things, too, which is especially fun when treats are involved. I’m a young shepherd mix female, black and tan with unforgettable ears, who’s ready to give and receive lots of attention and affection. In other words, I’m going to be someone’s best friend.
