Charlie Chaplin

Hi… my name is Charlie Chaplin. I guess there won’t be anyone out there wondering how I got my name! My “moustache” is unmistakable, and it just adds that extra “something” that makes me so distinctive. My people adopted me from a shelter and had me for three months, but as they said, “Our household […]

Figuero

Hi… my name is Figuero. I’ve been around the block a few times for a teenager as my most recent mom got me from a friend who couldn’t keep me, and then she decided she couldn’t either, so “presto-chango” one more move and here I am! I utterly adore having my ears scratched (I can […]

Katy Joe

Hi… my name is Katy Joe, Adopted 7-28-18 You know that saying, “You can never be too rich or too thin”? Well, I wouldn’t know about the “rich” part, but when I first arrived at TALGV over a year ago, I really WAS too thin, but in my time here, I’ve managed to put weight […]

Sweetie Pie

Hi… my name is Sweetie Pie. Adopted April 12, 2015. If they could have found a better name for me, I don’t know what it would have been! The wonderful lady who found me said, “She’s a super sweet dog who loves to kiss and will make a GREAT PET — I wish I could […]

Lila

Hi… my name is Lila. I was adopted May 19, 2014. My “probably” sister, Leala, and I glommed on to a house in Sahuarita Heights at the end of September, and after the owner fed us for a few weeks and no one showed up looking for us, he brought us here to TALGV. He […]

Mike

Hi… my name is Mike. My sister, Julia, and I were returned to TALGV because our dad’s new fiancé and son-in-law were allergic to cats. (I sure do wish someone would develop an “anti-cat-allergy” pill, ‘cause that seems to be an all-too-frequent occurrence.) I lived with him all my life and he said, “This is […]

Bailey June

Hi… my name is Bailey June. My family (which included two kids ages 10 and 12) said that I’m “very playful, loving, and cuddles a lot,” so that gives you an idea of how much I like critters of the human kind. My canine housemate, however, was a different story, and he and I […]

Sara

Hi… my name is Sara. Sara probably isn’t my real name, because my dad died and amidst the hubbub in the house, I managed to escape and the Realtor who rescued me didn’t know a whole lot about my background. What we can tell you is that I am a real “purrpot” who loves to […]

Mandy

Hi… my name is Mandy. Adopted December 28, 2014. After my dad died over a year ago, I came to TALGV with my brother, Rusty. Since we’d been together all our lives and rely on each other for comfort and company, the volunteers would like to see us adopted together. Sadly, our mom has recently […]
