Hi… my name is Holly Berry.
Adopted February 21, 2015
When the Sahuarita police found me wandering in Rancho Sahuarita, I was wearing a pink collar with a rabies tag but no other ID they could trace. So now’s your chance – grab me quick! My foster mom said that I am perfectly house-trained, walk nicely on a leash (when there are no rabbits or other dogs to check out!), and respond well to “no,” so since I’m eager to please, she’s certain I’ll be easy to train. I get along with other dogs, like riding in a car, and, well, I’m just an all-around real sweetheart! I’m an 18-month-old, 34-pound heeler mix who’s probably done most of her growing, so “what you see in what you get” and it’s a really great package too!
Arrived November 13, 2014.

Adopted January 4, 2015.
Despite the fact that I’m pretty shy at the moment (life’s ups and downs can be really stressful for us felines!), my mom, who had to move to a place that didn’t allow pets, said that I loved to be brushed, liked to sleep with her (she hand raised me from two days old!), and know my name (which, under normal circumstances, suits me perfectly!). She said I get along with adults and other cats, am “safe around birds” (in case you have a few flying around in your house) and that I love black coffee and a enjoy a spot of Ensure (we can share!). Since I’m 10 years old, I come with Free Vet Care for Life, so that, plus my affectionate nature, should be all you need to adopt me!
Purr comes with TALGV’s FREE Vet Care for Life Program.

Adopted 11-9-16
Life’s ups and downs can be really stressful for us felines, and it took me quite some time to feel safe at TALGV. Frankly, I was really frightened upon arrival, but am adjusting nicely now. My mom said that I’m a sweet lady who gets along with adults and other cats (no kids), am “safe around birds” (in case you have a few flying around in your house), and that I enjoyed a spot of Ensure every day (we can share!). She said that I only ate dry food and that my belled collar was my “security blanket” talisman that kept me safe! I’m a sweet, tortoiseshell lady who’s recovering from the pain of losing the only home I’ve ever known, but with patience will adjust to a quiet new life with you.

DENNY is a very smart, energetic and sweet 45-pound 8-month-old shepherd mix who was rescued from the desert by people who have other pets and are unable to keep him. He is housebroken and asks to go out. He’s good on leash and has quickly learned the command “down.” He enjoys other dogs and young children but can be a bit shy of new people and things. Cats and crates are unknown. Denny pays close attention, is a fast learner and loves typical puppy playtime. He is healthy, neutered, and is up to date with shots. His coat is a beautiful black with white accents.
There is no adoption fee for this handsome boy.
If you will welcome Denny into a loving home as part of your family, please call Rene between 8 AM and 8 PM at 520-331-6991.
