Bailey is a cute, sweet, and gentle 15-pound, 2 1/2-year-old male wire-haired Yorkie/Doxie mix who needs a new home because his owner died recently. He loves people and warms up to strangers quickly, likes other dogs (is sometimes a bit shy around large dogs), is good with cats and kids. He is learning to walk on leash and knows sit. He likes chasing and retrieving his ball. Bailey is completely house trained, can use a doggie door or asks to go out. He is healthy, is neutered, and all shots are up to date. Monthly grooming is advised. Current foster would keep Bailey but already has 5 dogs and 2 cats. There is no adoption fee

I was found by a cattle pond, alone, starving, and covered in ticks and fleas, but now I’ve been “debugged,” am gobbling down everything in sight, and am doing fine! Aside from being a very grateful little girl, now that I’m feeling better, I’m just as happy and playful as any kitten — we do have the ability to bounce back from adversity you know!
